1 Check whether the screen is damaged. If the screen is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
2 Check whether the material is fed evenly at the feed port. Even feeding means good screening effect.
3 Check whether the discharge port can discharge materials normally. Blockage of the discharge port will cause the screened materials to come out from the upper discharge port.
4 Check the trajectory of the material on the screen. If the material is discharged too fast, please adjust the angle of the vibrating screen to reduce the discharge speed.
5 Consider whether the vibration screening type is incorrect and cannot meet the production, resulting in insufficient screening accuracy.
