Usually, after the vibrating screen is installed, it will not move. There are several reasons for uncontrolled movement or jumping.
1: The fixed safety support rod is not removed. During the transportation of the vibrating screen, a fixed support device will be installed on the spring or hanging part to ensure the safe transportation of the equipment to the customer’s site. After arriving at the site, the fixed support device should be removed first. If it is not removed, uncontrolled movement or jumping will occur. Usually, there is a red or yellow mark on the fixed safety support device.

2: The ground is not level. Almost all vibrating screens require the ground to be level during use. This level does not need to be absolutely level, but there should not be obvious unevenness or slope. The inspection method is to observe whether the ground is obviously uneven, or the vibrating screen only moves in one direction (the vibrating screen moves back to a lower place). The solution is to ensure that the ground is basically level, or fix it with anchor screws.

3: If it is not the above two problems, then it is a problem with the vibrating screen itself. This problem will have different solutions for different types of vibrating screens. For some equipment, the self-balancing of the vibrating screen itself is not adjusted properly, and for some equipment, the angle of the adjustment block on the vibrator is not adjusted properly. You can contact the manufacturer or contact us directly, and we can help you check it for free.
Usually it is not a problem with the vibrating screen itself, because the vibrating screen itself is a mature product and is inspected and debugged before shipment.
