During the screening process, reasonable planning of mesh size is also an effective way to increase production.
For example:
1 Screening ore, ore particles and powder mixture, the large particles are about 5 cm, the small powder can reach 0.1 mm, I need 0.2-0.3 mm ore powder, and the expected output is 10 tons per hour. How to design the production process?
An unreasonable process is to directly select a vibrating screen with mesh size of 0.3 and 0.2 mm, which will result in the first layer of 0.3 mm mesh being particularly prone to breakage.
The screening output is 10 tons, but the screening accuracy will be reduced.
A more reasonable production process is to coarsely screen the mixed material first, for example, choose a linear vibrating screen with mesh sizes of 3 mm and 1 mm, and then choose 0.3 mm and 0.2 mm for the square swing screen.
This design has the following advantages:
1 The linear vibrating screen can directly filter out materials larger than 3 mm as a preliminary screening to protect the fine mesh below
2 The 1 mm screen of the linear vibrating screen can remove slightly larger particles, allowing the square swing screen behind to directly perform the most accurate screening (1 mm-0.1 mm), while improving the output and accuracy, and the service life of the equipment and screen is longer.
Before the process modification: output 10 tons/hour
After the process modification: If the proportion of materials larger than 1 mm is 30%
Then the hourly feeding amount can reach 14 tons. The linear vibrating screen in front removes 30% of the larger particles in advance, 14 tons * 30% = 4.2 tons, and the remaining 9.8 tons of materials enter the square swing screen at the back, and the output is increased by 40%. This increase in output will further increase as the proportion of large particles increases. At the same time, the service life of the two equipment will be significantly increased.
