1: The most common reason is that the two motors are not rotating in the right direction. The correct one is as follows, and the wrong one is as follows.

2: The exciting force of the vibration motor is too small. Different manufacturers have different factory equipment. Some manufacturers may have too small exciting force when they leave the factory, resulting in slow or no material discharge. The solution is to increase the exciting force of the two vibration motors at the same time and at the same angle. It is best to adjust it at the manufacturer or ask us for guidance. It is free of charge.
3: The angle of the equipment. Compared with the feed port, the lower the horizontal height of the discharge port (that is, the greater the inclination angle), the faster the discharge speed. When the height of the discharge port is greater than the height of the feed port, the discharge speed is slowed down. The higher the discharge port, the slower the discharge speed, until the discharge stops. The solution is to lower the height of the discharge port or increase the height of the feed port.
