There are several possibilities:
1. The ground is not level. The vibrating screen is not placed on the level ground, resulting in the screen being high on one side and low on the other. Due to gravity, the material will run to one side. The solution is to adjust the ground to a level state.
2. There is no material distributor at the feed inlet or the effect of the material distributor is not good. Generally speaking, when the material enters the linear screen from the feed inlet, it must first pass through the material distributor. The function of the material distributor is to evenly distribute the material on the entire screen. The material movement trajectory of the linear vibrating screen is a straight line zigzag jumping motion. If there is no material distributor or the effect of the material distributor is not good, the material will enter the linear screen from the left, and then it will run straight to the end on the left side of the screen, and the screen on the right will not be used. If it approaches from the right, it will be screened on the right, and the screen on the left will not be used.
3. The motor of the linear vibrating screen is not rotating in the right direction. This is the most common reason, because the two vibration motors of the linear vibrating screen must rotate in opposite directions, as shown in the figure below

It is correct for both motors to rotate inward or outward at the same time, but if they rotate to the left or right at the same time, the material will only be screened on one side. The following figure is wrong.

4. Check the counterweights of the two motors of the linear vibrating screen to see if the angles are adjusted to be consistent. If they are inconsistent, uneven force will occur and the material will move to the side with less force.
5. Check whether the screen is loose. If the screen is loose and wrinkled, with some high and some low spots, the material will also deviate.
6. Problems with the linear vibrating screen itself. This means that there are problems with the equipment during the design or production process. For example, the center of gravity of the linear vibrating screen is not on the center line of the equipment, and the material may be screened to one side. This problem is the most difficult to solve and requires contacting the manufacturer.
