1. Rubber seal ring
This kind of silicone or rubber material is called a rubber seal ring or a silicone seal ring. This is a spare part.
Usually, a complete set of them is already installed on the equipment.
Its function is to seal the vibrating screen to prevent material leakage. The silicone seals in all accessories will not be used on the equipment when you receive the vibrating screen. After the original ones are worn out, you can just take them out and replace them. Specific operation video:
2. Foot
This is called the foot, which is installed at the bottom of the vibrating screen. Its main function is to prevent the metal base of the equipment from scratching the ground. It can also have some leveling effect. This is an accessory that can be installed or not. The installation location is as shown in the figure below:
3.Wrenches
There are usually one or two 17-19 wrenches, which are standard parts. They are mainly used to replace the screen and can also be used to adjust the motor angle.
4. Counterweights
This is called a counterweight. Its main function is to adjust the exciting force of the vibration motor. It is usually not used. If you need to use it, please ask the equipment manufacturer to install it yourself or install it under the guidance of the manufacturer. The increase or decrease of these counterweights will directly affect the screening effect.
5 Springs
Springs are spare parts and are not used under normal circumstances. They are replaced when the original springs on the equipment are damaged.
