The circular swing screen is a nonlinear inertial vibrating screen, and the basic rotational motion is similar to manual screening. The material is evenly dispersed on the entire screen surface from the center to the outer edge, and then spreads axially in a spiral motion.

The vibrating screen uses a vertical motor as the excitation source. Eccentric weights are installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor to convert the motor’s rotational motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional motion, and then transmit this motion to the screen surface.

From the above two videos, we can see that the materials of the circular swing screen are mainly screened by swinging, while the up and down vibration of the rotary vibrating screen is more, so we can draw the following conclusions
1. The circular swing screen is more effective in screening long strip materials. The difficulty in screening long strip materials is that if the materials jump up, all the materials can pass through the screen. The rotary vibrating screen cannot avoid this problem, while the circular swing screen can complete the screening of such materials, such as monosodium glutamate, chicken essence and other materials.
2.Because the circular oscillating screen is flexible in screening, it is the best choice for some materials that are not allowed to be broken during the screening process. For example, when screening dry tea leaves, to remove the debris in the dry tea leaves, the circular oscillating screen can accomplish this task, while using a rotary vibrating screen will cause more dry tea leaves to be broken during the screening process.
3. The circular swing screen has higher precision. From the trajectory of the circular swing screen, we can see that the material moves forward in an elliptical rotation. When the area of
the screen is the same, the circular swing screen can make the material contact the screen for a longer time and more times, thereby improving the precision.
