Equipment debugging is the most complicated and difficult to do. Debugging is not difficult, but the difficult part is that each material needs to be adjusted for the company’s use.
Take the following video as an example:
As can be seen from the above video, the material has good fluidity and large mesh size, which is easy to screen for impurities removal. The main problem in increasing production is the discharge speed. Without changing the equipment, the solution is as follows
1 Adjust the inclination angle of the vibration motor. It is usually 45° when it leaves the factory. The smaller the angle, the faster the discharging speed. You can try 10°-20° according to the actual screening effect.
2 Add another discharging port on the lower layer of the screen, and discharge materials from two discharging ports at the same time to meet the feeding speed.
Take the following video as an example:
As can be seen in the above video, the material seems to be oily or has a high moisture content, which makes it difficult to screen and clogs the mesh. The main problem in increasing production is to increase the efficiency of the material passing through the screen. Without changing the equipment, the solution is as follows:
1 If the moisture content is high, dry it first. Depending on the moisture content, the output can be increased by 50%-100%
2 If the material itself is oily, add an ultrasonic system to clean the screen so that the material passes through the screen quickly, which can increase the output by about 30%-50%.
