Uniform feeding is a must for all types of vibrating screens. For example, the square swing screen and the circular swing screen are unevenly fed. A large amount of material is fed at once, which causes the material layer on the screen to thicken sharply. The top layer of material does not fully contact the screen. The part of the material that does not contact the screen means that there is no screening. When sampling and testing are carried out at the discharge port, it will be found that the screening accuracy is unqualified. As shown in the figure
Sometimes the feed amount is too small, which will cause the material to fully contact the screen, but not reach the outlet, resulting in ineffective screening and wear of the screen. The sampling inspection is qualified, but the output does not meet the standard. As shown in the figure below
If the material cannot be fed evenly, the accuracy will not meet the standard and the output will not meet the standard.
The final goal should be as shown below
The material is evenly fed into the vibrating screen and runs evenly on the screen. When it reaches the discharge port, it has been fully screened and is just discharged from the vibrating screen.
