The XD-1020 model linear screen has a screen width of 1 meter and a length of 2 meters. The area of the single-layer screen is also 2 square meters.

Usually, the width of the screen mainly affects the output, and secondly affects the screening accuracy. The length of the screen mainly affects the screening accuracy, followed by the output.

We should pay attention to the following factors when choosing:

  1. When customers need more accuracy screening, choose the XD-825 model; when customers need more output, choose the XD-1020 model.
  2. Whether the customer’s site area supports the equipment model, the appropriate model can be selected according to the width and length of the site.
  3. Customer’s feeding method: If it is manual feeding, we recommend choosing the XD-825 model. Because the screen width is increased but uniform feeding is not achieved, the output cannot be increased.
  4. The mesh of the screen chosen by the customer should also be taken into consideration. If the mesh is smaller, it is recommended to choose the XD-825 model. If the mesh is larger, it is more likely to choose the XD- 1020 model.
  5. Material characteristics need to be considered. For materials that are difficult to screen, choose the XD-825 model. For materials that are easy to screen, choose the XD-1020 model.
