Vibration motor problem
1 All vibration motors used by our company are maintenance-free.
2 The warranty period of the vibration motor is one year. If it is damaged due to non-human reasons, we will provide after-sales service.
3 The vibration motor accepts customization, for example: changing to an explosion-proof vibration motor or specifying the installation of a certain brand of vibration motor.
4 Our company’s current vibration motors are made according to Chinese standards: 3P/380V/50HZ. If it is different from your requirements, please explain to the sales staff in time, and we will customize the vibration motors according to your requirements.
5 Generally, the vibration motor on the rotary vibrating screen is a 4-stage motor, the linear vibrating screen is a 6-stage motor, and the circular swing screen and square swing screen are ordinary three-phase asynchronous motors.
6 If you want to adjust the vibration motor if you are not familiar with it, please contact us. Our service is free because there are some taboos in adjusting the vibration motor.
7 Our company can now convert 2P power supply into 3P power supply through a converter, but please first check whether your upstream circuit can support the vibrating screen to work for a long time.
