However, when the vibrating screen leaves the factory, our company generally adjusts the included angle to 45°. The included angle of 45° cannot be applied to all materials. Today we will talk about how to adjust the included angle and the impact of the adjusted angle on the trajectory.
The angle of the rotary vibrating screen is adjusted by adjusting the vibration motor of the equipment. There is a counterweight block above and below the vibration motor, and the angle between the two counterweight blocks.
Let’s talk about the prerequisites first: when the two counterweights are facing you, the upper counterweight is on the left and the lower counterweight is on the right. The angle between the two counterweights shall prevail.
Conclusion: When the angle between the counterweight blocks is 0°, the material removal speed is the fastest. When the included angle is 30°, the material removal speed slows down. When the angle is closer to 60°, it is obvious that When the material rotates and spreads on the screen, it gradually reaches the discharge port and is discharged. When the angle is 90°, the material will no longer be discharged, but will all gather in the middle.
