2Output: The completion of the output of the vibrating screen is a basic requirement. The vibrating screen is usually a part of the entire production line. If the output of the upstream equipment is 10 tons/hour, the output of the downstream vibrating screen can also reach 10 tons/hour. However, since the output of the vibrating screen is only 8 tons/hour, the maximum output of the entire production line is 8 tons per hour.
3Precision: Screening precision refers to the proportion of the mixed material that can be accurately screened out after passing through the screen. For example, 100 kg of ore powder, of which 30 kg is less than 70 mesh. After screening with the vibrating screen, I screen out all the powder less than 70 mesh, then the precision is 100%. If I screen out 27 kg of ore powder (less than 70 mesh), then the screening precision is 90%. For many kinds of materials, precision is not very important, but for some industries, such as oil fracturing proppants, glass sand, battery materials and other industries, precision may directly determine the quality and price of the product.
4Cost-effectiveness: Cost-effectiveness means that under the premise of meeting the customer’s production and precision requirements, we should try our best to choose a vibrating screen with stable quality and favorable price. For example, if I need to screen 100 kg of coffee beans per hour, then a vibrating screen with a diameter of 1000 can meet the customer’s requirements. A vibrating screen with a diameter of 1200 can also be used, but the device with a diameter of 1200 is more expensive, and the extra cost does not generate any value.
5Easy to use: In the actual production process, ease of use is the most important part for workshop operators. A reasonable vibrating screen makes it possible to resume production in 15 minutes after daily maintenance and replacement of consumable parts.
