1. Check the spring part of the linear vibrating screen and whether the transportation safety support device has been removed. The safety support device is to ensure the safety of the equipment during transportation and should be completely removed during production.
2.If the linear vibrating screen vibrates violently when it is turned on and off, and runs smoothly during normal production, this is normal, because when it is turned on and off, the two vibration motors cannot be completely synchronized, which will cause violent vibrations. During normal production, the two vibration motors can achieve self-synchronization.
3. If severe vibration occurs during normal production, please check whether the counterweights of the two vibration motors are completely consistent and symmetrical. Generally, the above three factors are the cause. If the problem still cannot be solved, please contact the manufacturer or us in time.
