The material guide device is usually added to the circular swing screen or the rotary vibrating screen, as shown in the figure below.
The material guiding device is to add a piece of leather on the screen to regulate the flow direction of the material. The reason is that the circular vibrating screen basically feeds the material at the center of the screen. The material will diffuse 360
degrees around quickly or slowly according to the different adjustment angles of the equipment. Then a part of the material will definitely move directly to the discharge port, resulting in this small amount of material not being fully screened, while the material in other directions has to rotate a circle on the screen, resulting in invalid over-screening.

After adding the material guide device, when the material falls in the center of the screen and spreads to the surroundings, all the materials will be forced to rotate one circle with the material guide device, as shown in the following video
All materials can be fully screened and then discharged from the vibrating screen together, and all screens are fully utilized.
