But when the customer used it in the initial stage, he told us that the screening effect did not meet expectations, and the powder accuracy between 40-70 mesh was only 89%. The ore is too finely crushed by the mill. The superficial problem is that the vibrating screen has not reached the screening accuracy of 95%, but the actual problem is that the front-end mill has not been adjusted properly. After the mill adjusts the output particle size, the proportion of materials between 40-70 mesh reaches 43%, and the vibrating screen can meet the output with an accuracy of 97%, which fully meets the needs of customers. At the same time, the 40-70 mesh With the increase in the proportion of 70 mesh powder, the customer’s income has also increased significantly.
