Project details

Our company has a customer who is in the seasoning industry. Their daily output is about 20 tons of seasonings. They must mix salt, monosodium glutamate, sucrose, chili powder, green onion powder, ginger powder, garlic powder, star anise powder, etc. The powder material is added to the mixer with a fixed ratio to facilitate subsequent production.

The problem encountered by the customer is that these raw material powders are purchased in bags. When adding them to the mixer, the bags need to be broken first. Blender, affecting food safety.

Project solution

The solution given by our company is to choose Direct discharge sifter with a diameter of 1200MM and select an 8-mesh screen for the screen mesh.
